Clarkson and Hammond go on walkabout
Note:
When referring to Topgear Amarica, he's referring to NBC not taking the show when he says "they just didn't get it"
We can rebuild him, better, faster, more broken...
Due to a change in HD format at Youtube. Embeded vids (in HD) no longer work well with blogger... SO I have gone to a more stripped down version until I can find another work around.

Yes... I am a NERD! and so are you.
So a ran across a video while punting around Youtube. The posters name really caought my attention.
Yalecourses.
Thats right. Freakin Yale!
The original video was about black holes and I was hooked.
This is a video taping of ASTR(160) at yale.
The teachers funny and I like his sense of humour.
Also you learn a fuck load about finding exoplanets, blackholes, and other funky stuff. The math level is about grade 9-10 so isn't that hard, and the teacher hates "Android math" so the math goes fuzzy/fun at parts.
The links are hard to find (yale didn't make following the course flow easily, so I've done it for you)
1. Introduction
2. Planetary Orbits
3. Our solar System and the Pluto Problem
4. Discovering Exoplanets: Hot Jupiters
5. Planetary Transits
6. Microlensing, Astometry and other methods
7. Direct imaging of Exoplanets
8. Introduction to Black Holes
9. Special and General Relativity
10. Tests of Relativity
11. Special and General Relativity (cont.)
12. Stellar Mass Black Holes
13. Stellar Mass Black Holes (cont.)
14. Pulsars
15. Supermassive Black Holes
16. Hubble's Law and the Big Bang
17. Hubble's Law and Big Bang (Cont.)
18. Hubble's Law and the Big Bang (Cont. 2)
19. Omega and the End of the Universe
20. Dark Matter
21. Dark Energy and the Accelerating Universe and the Big Rip
22. Supernovae
23. Other Constraints: The Cosmic Microwave Background
24. The Multiverse and Theories of Everything
Warning These are 45 minute a piece, don't expect to wiz through them in a day. But contained within is just a monumental load of nify information about just about everything space and geeky.
