I have Lung Cancer, TB, Syphilis, Cunsumpstion, Malaria , Swine Flu, But the apartments clean!

I have just spent the last ... Aeon cleaning the apartment, I can see the floor!
All while nursing a nice cold, Sucking down cart loads of dust, cat hair, and god knows what else. Now to sit back and enjoy the clean apartment and take a nap.

WRONG FOOL! YOUR NOT DONE YET!

Still have to stay up cause the beds in pieces cause they have to spray the fucking matresses. Then after that wait till 8 am to vaccum, drive the cats over to Ty's to hold, drive back, Off load the recycling and any none-chut compatable crud out to the locked shed (which only opens at fucking 9). Then after that wait for the contractors to show up. Wait till their done, go back to Ty's then... Fucking die.

But on a nice side, the computer station never looked better. Just have to get a camera to show you. It looks... Majestic, and fucking scary, now just have to get the old main comp with a working graphics card and get that up and running, and it will be complete!

Oh and to leave on a downer... the new cat carrier I picked up doesn't work.
But thats my fault... I bought 2 lids not a lid and bottom. fuck. time to squeeze 3 cats into a very small space.

Bork Bork Bork

Incoming Pseudo-rant

Why is it i'm on youtube and I'm watching tv shows from almost 10 years ago?
With the exception of top gear, mythbusters and smattering of others.
I find I just don't care for 90% of the shows out there on tv.

For example I found a Firefly clip just a few days ago on Youtube and was like:
Shit that was good show..
Oh fuck 2002...
That as 7 years ago...
Christ where the time go.

I think I can name maybe 8 shows in the last few years that I watched more than 2 episodes of:
How i met your mother (Thanks to gthe guys for that)
Sarah conner chronicals
Pain killer jane
Dexter
Family guy
Doctor who (the new one)
Torchwood,
Robot chicken
And these are just a few, and trust me the rest of the list is not much longer.

But even those are a few years old now.
I don't watch TV so my "viewing pleasure" is severaly limited.
But really the ones I do watch tend to be really good (at least what I find good). It really makes me wonder just how much crap they just sand blast at the regular viewers in the hope that some of their crap sticks.
I'm just one demographic (burgoning middleaged geek with a love for anything that goes boom, or is moderatly shiney) think of all the other they have to pander to.

- Tenny bop girl that thinks she'll grow up to be a fashion icon
- Middle age wife that has a child surgicaly attached to her hip.
- Office drone that wishes they had a diffrent life style, but have to be up at 6am
- Old people
- People that watch CNN to get all their news, but only watch the headlines
- Soon to be old people
- People who like watching people change their lives by getting out of the box.

All and all I have to give major Kudos to the tv companies for doing what they do. Even if the majority of it is horrible filth mongering.

Following that laugh...

sometimes technology can produce beautiful art just takes the right eye to see it.

Had a chat with a Co-worker about what is art and isn't. He's a firm beliver that "computer" generated art is not real art. I believe that art is simply a term to define something that provokes a reaction from you. Good, bad, large small, theatre, movie, painting, comix, stories, it doesn't mater. It is art. If it doesn't get a reaction from you it may still be art, but for you it has failed at its purpose. Some find 3 bars of color to be somehow thought provoking. I do not. Doesn't mean its not art, just means it is aimed to segment of the populace that somehow gets a reaction from it (be it... a small segment of the populace)

I watched this small video of rendered lines of light that are built from the flight paths of planes. I thought it was very beautifull.
Would I put it on the wall... No.
Do I concider this art... Yes.

No real point here, just expressing a feeling (or trying to)

I pissed my pants

And for god sakes don't be drinking anything when you listen to this

Run hammster run

At times you do what you have to for your children.

On July 22, 2007, during severe flooding, Hammond left his Porsche 911 - in which he had been stuck in traffic for 13 hours - to run home for his daughter's birthday. He ran 16 miles (26 km) in two-and-a-half hours (from 3am to 5:30 am), arriving home before his daughter woke up.

Full thing here

Their silly, their funny, but those simple blokes really are some the best guys out there.
